Stewart White is a watercolorist from Baltimore Maryland and loves to paint plein air ! Stewart has a strong architectural background which is reflected in his watercolors. Stewart is president of the Mid-Atlantic Plein-Air Association, a member of the AIS and is a signature member of the NWS and the AWS.
